  • Our deliveries usually take 24-36 hours to be delivered once order has been placed successfully.

  • If an item is not in stock, it will not be available to purchase.

Import Duty & Taxes

  • We do not currently offer international shipping. Shipping is within the territory of UAE only. We use trusted third party shipping companies and do not have any liability for goods once handed over to the shipping agency.

Do customers need authorization before returning an item?

  • Yes. Please contact our team to make a return/refund request. Once a member of our team has agreed to the return, the item(s) should be returned to us within 7 working days and once the item(s) have been received, they will be examined to ensure they are in a condition for resale, processed and a refund shall be given.
