We are warm and welcoming , but have a few house rules that keep things running smoothly and help us deliver the best service possible. Please make sure you read them before booking an appointment.
CONSULTATION: Check us out before you check in. You are welcome
to
pop into the
salon for a quick chat with your stylist before making a booking.
PATCH TEST: We highly recommend a patch test for any technical
services
just to rule out any allergic reactions. Just come into the salon at least 48 hours before your
appointment
and
we’ll take care of it. If you’re coming in for a consultation, it makes sense to get it done then.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that unforeseen situations happen
and
you may
need to cancel your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to
accommodate
other
clients.
A 50% deposit in advance will be required in order to book your next appointment if
you have cancelled last minute or did not show up for your appointment.

TIMELINESS: We do our best to run a tight ship, so if you’re late, it
affects everyone. Why not arrive a few minutes earlier and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee? You’ll be very welcome.
Timeliness makes us happy.
PAYMENT: We welcome all major credit/debit cards. You can also pay via a
payment link if we require a deposit to be paid and we welcome cash.
GIFT VOUCHERS: Our Gift Vouchers can be custom made for you. Have a word
